AMiT Internship and Externship Coordination Office
The AMiT Internship and Externship Coordination Office helps students and staff find and secure meaningful professional experiences that bridge academia and industry.
Currently led by Mr. Bikila Alemu from the Computing and Software Engineering faculty, our office serves as the central hub for all internship and externship activities across the university.
Our Key Functions
Placement Assistance
Connecting students and staff with suitable internships and externships by building relationships with employers and organizations across various industries.
Workshops and Events
Organizing career fairs, networking events, and professional development workshops to connect our community with industry leaders and opportunities.
Application Support
Providing comprehensive assistance with application materials including resume writing, cover letters, and interview preparation techniques.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Tracking student and staff progress during placements to ensure valuable learning experiences and continuous improvement of our programs.
