Internship Step-by-Step Guide

Pre-Internship Requirements
Documents to Get
Documents to Submit
  • Internship Acceptance letter
  • CBE Bank Book copy (Hardcopy)
  • ID Card copy (Hardcopy)
During Internship
Submit the following documents:
  • Thank You Letter to the organization
  • Daily Activities Form (signed, weekly) to academic mentor
  • Attendance Form (signed, monthly) to academic mentor
Post-Internship
Final Submission Requirements:
  • Sealed Envelope with evaluation form
  • Two-Way Transport Receipts (if outside Arba Minch)
  • CBE Bank Book copy (Hardcopy)
  • ID Card copy (Hardcopy)
  • Internship Report based on guidelines

Summer Time
2 Months Duration
For the following faculties:
Architecture & Urban Planning Computer Science Information Technology
* Architecture runs in two rounds
